Study in the United States.
The widest range of programs anywhere, and the deepest funding pools at postgraduate level. Assistantships and departmental funding make fully funded Master's and PhD study a realistic goal rather than a long shot.
Fall (August/September) is the main intake and carries the most funding. Spring (January) is smaller, and a few programs add a summer entry.
Merit scholarships at undergraduate level; teaching and research assistantships at postgraduate level, which often cover tuition and pay a stipend. Need-based aid for international students exists but is concentrated at a small number of well-endowed universities.
F-1 student visa. Expect an in-person interview, and financial evidence covering at least the first year.
