Partner Pathways: more doors, same honest advice.
We work directly with selected universities worldwide. A partner pathway can open a door faster — it never decides which doors we point you at.
Three practical differences.
Faster application processing
A direct channel to the admissions office usually means your file is picked up sooner than it would be through a general queue.
Priority communication
When a document is missing or a decision is delayed, we have someone to ask — instead of waiting on a general inbox alongside everyone else.
Application fee waivers where available
Some partners waive the application fee for students who come through us. It depends on the university, the intake and your profile, so we tell you before you apply, not after.
Students pay nothing extra for a partner pathway.
The package price on our pricing page is the whole price, whether every university on your list is a partner or none of them is.
The part most agencies leave out.
Some partner universities pay Passage Global a fee when a student enrolls. This never changes our advice: we recommend what fits your profile and goals, whether or not a university is a partner.
Why we put this in writing
A shortlist is worth nothing if you cannot tell whether it was built around you or around a commission. You should be able to ask us, at any point, whether a university on your list is a partner — and get a straight answer.
How your shortlist is actually built
From your profile, your funding position and your goals — in Navigator, where you can see the same data your counselor sees. Partner status is not one of the inputs.
Recruiting from South Asia, Africa and the Middle East?
We work with a small number of universities at a time, because a pathway is only worth having if we know the programs well enough to advise on them honestly. If that is how your team likes to work, we would like to hear from you.
