These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Passage Global website (passage-global.com) and the admissions consulting services we provide. By using our website or engaging us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Who we are

Passage Global is an admissions consultancy based in Lahore, Pakistan. We advise students applying to undergraduate, master’s, MBA, and PhD programs on strategy, applications, essays, interviews, and scholarship planning. Our services are paid for by the students and families we work with. We may also receive compensation from certain partner institutions, which we disclose in the interest of transparency.

Our services are advisory

We provide guidance, feedback, and coaching. We do not make admissions decisions, and we do not control them. The applications you submit, and the decisions you make, are your own.

No guarantee of admission or funding

Admissions and funding outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own record, the choices you make, and each institution’s decisions. We do not and cannot guarantee admission to any program, any scholarship, financial aid, visa approval, or any specific result. Any examples of past outcomes are illustrative and are not a promise of similar results.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about yourself and your background;
• Review, approve, and submit your own applications and materials — final submissions are your responsibility;
• Meet deadlines and follow each institution’s instructions and policies;
• Use the guidance and materials we provide for your own application only.

Honesty and academic integrity

We help you present your genuine story in the strongest, most authentic way. We do not fabricate credentials, ghostwrite work intended to deceive, or support any form of misrepresentation, plagiarism, or fraud in your applications. Submitting false or misleading information can result in rejection or revocation by institutions, and we cannot be responsible for consequences arising from it.

Fees and payment

The scope of work, fees, and payment schedule for your engagement are agreed with you directly — typically during or after your free consultation — and set out in your engagement details. Fees are payable as agreed. Unless stated otherwise, fees do not include third-party costs such as application, test, or university fees.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in your engagement agreement. Because our services involve preparation and time committed to you, fees for work already performed are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly agreed.

Intellectual property

The content on our website and the frameworks, templates, and materials we create are the property of Passage Global and are provided for your personal use in connection with your own applications. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without our permission.

Confidentiality

We treat the information you share with us as confidential and handle it in line with our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

We may use or refer to third-party tools and websites (for example scheduling, messaging, or university resources). We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their availability.

Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Passage Global will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of admission, funding, or opportunity. Our total liability arising from your engagement will not exceed the fees you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Passage Global harmless from claims arising out of information you provide, materials you submit, or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement as set out in the engagement agreement. We may also suspend or decline service where a request would involve dishonesty or a breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
