How and when you pay.
Concierge is paid in three milestones
- 20%at onboarding
- 30%at application submission
- 50%when admission offers are received
Navigator and Navigator + Coaching are paid upfront.
If no admission is granted
If no admission is granted, 20% of the total consulting fee is refundable on Concierge.

- · Navigator + Coaching is non-refundable once counseling has started.
Third-party costs — application fees, test fees, visa fees, courier charges and similar — are paid by the student and are never part of our fee.
