Flat fees, published in full. Navigator ($300) is self-guided access to the platform. Navigator + Coaching ($500) adds 10 dedicated hours with our counselor team. Concierge ($1,000) is end-to-end management of your applications plus 5 dedicated hours with founders Umer and Ali. Visa Consulting is priced separately — contact us. Concierge is not paid upfront: it is invoiced in three milestones, 20% at onboarding, 30% at application submission, 50% when admission offers are received. Navigator is our AI study-abroad platform. It brings together a searchable global university database, historical applicant-pool data (GPA, test scores and admit profiles), a scholarships database, country-by-country visa guidance, and frameworks for statements of purpose, essays, recommendation letters, interviews and standardized tests. Every consulting package runs on Navigator underneath, so your counselor works from the same data you can see yourself.

Two things. The research is done by software and then shown to you — you see the applicant-pool data and the funding matches yourself, rather than being handed a list and asked to trust it. And the people advising you are our counselors and our founders, who made these applications themselves from outside the United States. We are a US company working from one office in Frisco, Texas, with no local branches and no local agents, and we tell you plainly how we are paid.

Yes. We work directly with selected universities worldwide, which can mean faster application processing, priority communication and application fee waivers where available. Students pay nothing extra for a partner pathway. Some partner universities pay Passage Global a fee when a student enrolls. This never changes our advice: we recommend what fits your profile and goals, whether or not a university is a partner. Your shortlist is built from your profile, your funding position and your goals — partner status is not one of the inputs. Our University Partnerships page sets this out in full.

No honest admissions advisor guarantees admission, and anyone who does should be avoided. What we commit to is candid guidance, a shortlist built on real data rather than flattery, and relentless refinement of your essays, profile and funding strategy. Admission decisions are made by universities.

Yes. Funding is planned into your strategy from day one rather than bolted on at the end. Navigator’s Scholarship Finder narrows awards by nationality, level and destination so you see the ones you can actually enter, and we work on merit scholarships, need-based institutional aid, teaching and research assistantships, and external fellowships such as Fulbright and Chevening.

Yes. Visa Consulting is a separate service covering country-specific document checklists, financial-proof preparation, and interview practice, with guidance matched to your route. Visa decisions are made by the embassy or consulate, never by us. No one can promise you an approval — what we can do is make sure your application is complete, consistent and well evidenced before it is seen.

Navigator is non-refundable once platform access has been given, and Navigator + Coaching once counseling has started. Concierge works differently: it is invoiced in milestones, and if no admission is granted, 20% of the total consulting fee is refundable. That refund applies to Concierge only. Third-party costs — application fees, test fees, visa fees, courier charges and similar — are paid by the student and are never part of our fee.
